AM-DEL Delivery, Transport & Supply — please read before requesting a service.
By requesting or using any AM-DEL (AMDEST Delivery, Transport and Supply) service — including home and office delivery, clinic transport, or water and cargo supply — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.
AM-DEL centralizes and coordinates a fleet of independent boda boda operators to provide delivery, transport, and supply services in and around Busia County. Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability, weather, road conditions, and rider availability at the time of request.
All AM-DEL services are used entirely at the customer's own discretion and risk. You are responsible for accurately describing the goods, destination, and nature of any request, and for ensuring that items transported are lawful and safe to carry by motorcycle.
AM-DEL and AMDEST, Ltd. are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or other harm arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to road conditions, traffic accidents, weather, mechanical failure, theft, civil unrest, action taken by third parties, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM-DEL's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the value of the delivery fee paid for that specific request.
Customers should clearly disclose if an item is fragile, perishable, or of high value at the time of the request. AM-DEL reserves the right to decline transport of any item it deems unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for motorcycle transport.
Fees are estimated based on distance/zone and the nature of the request, and may be confirmed or adjusted by our dispatch team based on the final details of the job. Payment is made via M-Pesa Paybill at the time of the request.
Requests may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting dispatch directly via WhatsApp as early as possible. Any payment already made toward a cancelled request will be handled on a case-by-case basis to process refunds, less any associated fees from M-Pesa.
Any dispute, disagreement, or grievance arising from an AM-DEL service should first be raised directly with AMDEST dispatch for prompt, good-faith resolution. The parties agree to work toward resolving any such matter locally through direct discussion and negotiation before pursuing any other course of action. This is intended to keep matters simple, fair, and resolved close to home, in the spirit of the community AM-DEL serves.
AM-DEL may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
